This policy covers digital products bought on the Sisesium marketplace: instant downloads and AI-assisted custom deliverables. Statutory consumer rights in your country always apply in addition to this policy.

2. Instant downloads

• ·Refundable if the file is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be delivered.

4. How to request a refund
